Skincare ads that show the product working.NOT ANOTHER MIRACLE CLAIM.
We make directed, UGC-style vertical ads for skincare and beauty brands using a roster of AI characters. The characters are AI. We say so on every ad, in the file and on the platform. They demonstrate your product. They never give a testimonial, and they never claim a result.
Every character on this page is AI-generated and fictional. How we disclose it
What you get
Texture in close-up
The shots that sell skincare are the tight ones: the dropper, the pump, the cream breaking on a finger, the gel going matte. Every ad has at least three product inserts built around your real product photos, so what is on screen is your packaging, not a generic white bottle.
Claims kept clean
We write demonstration, not testimony. No “it cleared my skin”, no before-and-afters we invented, no medical or outcome language. If you have substantiated claims, we say them as your brand says them. If you don’t, we show the product instead. Every delivery goes through a compliance pass before it reaches you.
Volume to test with
Ten ads across three concepts in the Pilot; 25 to 120 a month on a retainer. Same product, six different first three seconds, so you learn which opening works before you scale spend behind it.
How it works
Brief
Twenty minutes. Send your product photos, your current ads, and the one thing you wish people understood about the formula. You get a one-page concept direction back, including what we will not say and why.
Concepts you approve
Every concept is a real place with a rule, a visible problem, your product's mechanism in close-up, and someone who notices the product. Approve or kill each one before anything renders. Scripts come with the claim language marked.
Production
Dressed character references plus your real product photography, generated as vertical video and shot to look like phone footage — never built from AI still images, which is what makes most AI ads read fake. Matte skin, visible pores, real hair, no beauty filter. Every take is checked frame by frame before you see it.
Delivery
Finished 9:16 files with location sound, foley on every product action, an optional music bed and your real logo on the final frame. The AI disclosure is burnt in. Extra aspect ratios, six-second cutdowns and captioned versions on request. You test. We iterate weekly.
Who it is for
- 01Skincare, beauty and colour cosmetics brands already spending on Meta or TikTok.
- 02Brands whose ads have looked the same for six weeks, or are still static images.
- 03Teams launching a formula, a shade range or a refill, who need fifteen executions, not one.
- 04Brands who need textured skin and real tone variation — not one 25-year-old with perfect skin. Older characters are cast to brief and built for your campaign; the standing roster skews younger, and we would rather say that than show you a face we do not have.
Not for us: anything trading on a medical or weight-loss outcome, prescription-adjacent treatments, or ads aimed at under-18s. We turn those down. It is in our brief, not just on this page.
